COVID-19 Policies

Advantage Real Estate takes the health and well-being of our Agents and Clients very seriously. In order to protect all involved while continuing business as usual we employ the following procedures and policies.

• Agents will no longer drive or ride in the same vehicle as the client.
• Documents to be signed will be done so electronically when possible.
• Clients and Agents will need to wear a mask while meeting face to face.
• Sellers can expect Agents from our office to use hand sanitizer prior to showing the home, wear masks, and wipe down light switches, door knobs, and hand rails when leaving  the home.
• Buyers are not to bring “extra” family members to first showings. Arrangements can be made at a later date if buyers wish to have somebody else for another opinion based on a case by case situation. Children are asked not to attend showings at this time.
• Other associates involved in the process of purchasing a home, ie. appraisers, inspectors, etc, may have additional requests that should be addressed to the best of your ability. For example, it is often requested that buyers not attend the inspection and that sellers leave the home during the inspection and appraisal. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Attorneys and Title Companies also have new protocols for safety which will be addressed at the time of closing.
